Refund Policy
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received:
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. Photos/videos are required to process a return or refund for the item(s) in question.
